Launching a custom plush toy for your brand is an exciting step, but let's be clear: you're not just buying any old toy in a store, you're starting a manufacturing process from scratch.

At Peluchemex, we know that nobody wants last-minute surprises. That's why we're explaining how to make your project unforgettable.

The points for a quote:

To give you a quote that won't change halfway through, we need more than just an "idea." Here are the three key points:

Your design (The sketch): Ideally, you should send us your character viewed from the front, side, and back. If you only have a hand-drawn sketch, don't worry, our team can work with that, but the better the sketch, the better we can create the details.

Size vs. Complexity: Keep in mind that the biggest plush toy isn't always the most expensive. Sometimes, a 25 cm plush toy with many details and small pieces costs more than a 30 cm one with simple shapes. In these cases, the most valuable factor is the sewing time and labor. Every extra detail adds time to the creation of your piece.

The sample: A physical sample is necessary. Once it's made, we'll provide a quote. This is a very important step to ensure an accurate price and avoid any changes.

The Physical Sample

Many clients want to skip the sample to "save time" but at Peluchemex, the sample is non-negotiable. Why? Because it's the only way for you to see and feel how your design turned out and know what your final quote will look like.

At this stage, we check the textures, the firmness of the filling, and the plush toy's pattern. Once you give us the go-ahead, that sample becomes the reference. It's how we guide your production.

Minimum Orders and Production Times

Doing things right takes time. A complete project, from start to finish, typically takes between 5 and 9 weeks for domestically produced items and 4 to 6 months for imported items. Please remember that these times are approximate and represent a range, as each project is unique.

Regarding quantities: Because our products are custom-made, we work with minimum production quantities: 300 pieces for domestically produced items and 1000 pieces for imported items. This allows us to carefully review the cost of creating the molds and setting up the machinery, ensuring a fair price for your business.
