We're launching an online store for orders under 300 pieces!

At Peluchemex, we continue to grow and listen to our customers. Therefore, we are excited to announce the launch of our new online store, specifically designed for small orders of up to 200 pieces. This section is designed for entrepreneurs, local businesses, special events, or simply those looking for personalized products in affordable quantities, without the need for large volumes.

You can now order everything from teddy bears with personalized t-shirts to towels, ponchos, bibs, onesies, flags, pillows, and fully personalized blankets. All our products are designed to reflect your brand, event, or message with the highest quality and attention to detail.

The process is very simple: first, make the payment for the product you wish to purchase and then fill out the form at the bottom of the store. Once this is done, one of our dedicated agents will contact you to validate your order, review your files, and begin the process.

It's important to note that for bears with personalized t-shirts, the order must include only one bear color. Mixing shades within the same order is not permitted. For example, you cannot order 15 brown bears, 15 gray bears, and 20 honey bears. You must choose a single color: either 50 brown bears, 100 gray bears, or any other quantity of the same shade.

From the client, we expect to receive the design, logo, and colors you wish to apply, as we do not do graphic design, logo creation, or mascot design. We will deliver a digital sample within an estimated time of 3 business days after receiving your files. Once the digital production is confirmed, the order will be processed, with an estimated time of 15 business days, not including shipping time.

If you would like a physical sample, this option is available at an additional cost, and the cost may vary depending on the product ordered.
